Welcome to 2019! A brand new year, a fresh beginning. 2018 was a difficult year in many ways, but isn’t every year a combination of good and not so good times? I am hoping that this new year is one full of growth and fulfillment. I look forward to new opportunities and happy times with family and friends this coming year.
Have you made any resolutions for this new year? Have you set any goals or personal ambitions for the coming 12 months? I sat down on the last day of 2018, and set my intentions for the coming year. With my mind quiet, I said goodbye to the year gone by and began to feel the promise of coming blessings.
While meditating, I received messages from my guides. They explained that the current period of chaos and “weird” energy that I and so many others are feeling, will come to a close shortly. The incoming energy will be powerful. This shift in energy will be an ideal time to put plans into action, to move forward toward personal goals and to make and implement business decisions. This sounded like GREAT news to me!
This led me to set my goals for myself – personally and professionally. I meditated on what I need to accomplish this coming year. I came up with some strategies for growth – personal, spiritual and professional. I thought about what I wanted to see in my life this year. I set a clear intention for 2019 to be my best self this year, to really shine!
I will, as time allows, in the next few days create my vision board for this year and work further on clarifying my intentions for this year. I will step forward into 2019 with optimism and faith. I will do my best to keep my vibration high and in line with what I desire in my life, despite the inevitable challenges. I will work toward my goals knowing that I am supported fully – that the Universe has my back.
If each of us could begin today to grow and connect our inner light, imagine what we could accomplish by the end of 2019. I encourage each of you, at the cusp of this new year, to Shine your individual light brightly!
